By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not order.
Orders are placed over WhatsApp, or through Swiggy and Zomato. This website has no checkout - what it has is a menu and a button that writes your order into a WhatsApp message.
A message from you is an offer, not a completed order. The order exists once we reply confirming it and the total. We may decline an order - if we are out of something, if the address is outside a distance we can deliver good coffee to, or if we are simply too busy.
Menu prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude delivery, packaging and GST. The charges that get added, and a worked example, are set out on our delivery and charges page.
We confirm the full total in the WhatsApp thread before we start making anything. You will never be asked at the door for a number you have not already agreed to.
Prices on Swiggy and Zomato may differ from the prices here. Those platforms set their own fees and the price shown there is the one that applies to an order placed there.

Our kitchen handles milk, wheat, eggs, soya, peanuts and other tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any item is free of traces of these, and we do not operate separate preparation areas.
If you have an allergy, tell us in the WhatsApp thread before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely. Please do not rely on the menu description alone.
We are responsible for serving food that is safe and as described, and for the standards required of us under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or a delivery partner outside our control - though we will always tell you what is happening.
The photographs, menu copy and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. You are very welcome to link to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
