BREW & BAKER'S is the data fiduciary for the information described here. Contact: info@brewandbakers.com.

Orders are placed over WhatsApp. To deliver one we need, and you send us, your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.

We keep the WhatsApp thread so we can handle repeat orders and complaints. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and your messages are also subject to their policies, which we do not control.

We do not take card details on this website. There is no checkout here - payment is arranged directly or through Swiggy and Zomato, who handle their own payment data.

This site loads two third-party measurement tools:

• Google Analytics 4 - which pages were visited, roughly where from, and which device. Used to understand what people look for.
• Microsoft Clarity - which records how pages are used, including scrolling, clicks and mouse movement, so we can find parts of the site that confuse people. It captures interaction with the page, so please do not type anything private into a page on this site.

Both set their own cookies, including from Google and Microsoft domains. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker; the site works without them.

We use Google Consent Mode. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland start with analytics and advertising storage denied. Visitors elsewhere, including India, are measured by default.

• Porter, our delivery partner, gets the name, phone number and address needed to complete a delivery. Nothing else.
• Google and Microsoft receive the analytics described above.
• Swiggy and Zomato hold their own records for orders placed through them.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for tax and accounting - typically eight years, as Indian tax rules require. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which is fourteen months and thirteen months respectively at the time of writing.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and who we shared it with.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Erase it, where we are not required to keep it for tax reasons.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.

Email info@brewandbakers.com and we will respond. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

If this policy changes substantively we update the date at the top. The current version is always the one on this page.
