Brew & Baker's sets up a live, barista-run coffee mocktail counter at your wedding, birthday, festive party or corporate event, and serves every drink in a premium can brewed for each guest by name. Branded our way, both ways, or entirely yours. We are a specialty coffee kitchen in South Bopal, also on Zomato and Swiggy.

What we bring to your event.
A live, barista-run counter
A fully dressed counter with an espresso machine, run by trained baristas. Guests watch their drink being made.
A signature menu
Iced coffee mocktails, cold brew, Iced Americano and cold coffee - plus a custom drink named after the couple, the birthday or the brand. The final menu is agreed with you before the day.
Every can brewed for a name
Each drink is served in a clear PET can with an aluminium pull-tab lid, labelled "Brewed for" with the guest's name written by hand. It looks better than a paper cup, and guests take it home.
Engagement that lasts past the night
Each can label carries QR codes to follow and review, so the counter keeps working after the event is over.
Nothing for you to manage
Setup, service, clean-up and every piece of equipment are handled by our team. The venue only provides the space and a power point.

What drinks are served at the event counter?
Iced coffee mocktails, cold brew, Iced Americano and cold coffee, plus a custom signature drink named after the couple, the guest of honour or the brand. We agree the final menu with you before the event.
What is the "Brewed for" can?
Every drink is served in a clear PET can with an aluminium pull-tab lid. The label reads "Brewed for" with the guest's name written by hand, and carries QR codes to follow and review us. Guests take the can home.
Can the counter and cans carry our own branding?
Yes. Choose our branding, co-branding with both logos, or your brand alone as a white-label counter - your logo, event name or the couple's monogram on the counter, aprons and can labels. You share the logo and colours ahead of the event and we handle printing and counter wraps.
What does the venue need to provide?
Only the space for the counter and a power point. We bring the espresso machine, the counter, the cans and the baristas, and we handle setup, service and clean-up.
How much does a live coffee counter cost?
It depends on the guest count, the setup (cart, standard or grand counter) and the branding option, so we quote per event. Message us the date, venue and guest numbers on WhatsApp and we will send a price and a menu.
Do you work with event planners and wedding organisers?
Yes. Planners and organisers can partner with us on a referral share for every confirmed booking, or on a preferred-vendor rate to mark up for their clients. We also do tastings for your team and sample cans for client pitches.
