A coffee kitchen in South Bopal, run by its co-founders.
Brew & Baker's was started by co-founders Darshan Baraiya and Milan Patel, and opened on 30 August 2026 at A-202, Aarohi Galleria in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. It is a delivery and pickup kitchen: there is no dine-in room yet. Every drink is made when the order comes in and sent out sealed, to South Bopal and 16 more areas of west Ahmedabad.
What we make
Espresso drinks pulled on a Rancilio Classe 5 from export-quality Chikkamagaluru Arabica, South Indian filter coffee, masala chai, Kashmiri kahwa and an eighteen-hour cold brew, with eggless croissants, sandwiches and desserts from the same kitchen.
