Delivery, charges & refunds

We are a delivery-only kitchen in South Bopal and deliver across Bopal, Shela, Ghuma, SG Highway, Sanand Road, Thaltej, Shilaj, Bodakdev, Ambli, Makarba, Prahlad Nagar, Satellite, Vastrapur, Jodhpur, Vejalpur and Sarkhej.

If you are just outside that, message us anyway. We would rather tell you straight that the coffee will not be worth drinking by the time it reaches you than take the order and disappoint you.

• Free within 500 metres of the kitchen, whatever the order is worth.
• Free on orders over ₹750 anywhere within 7 km.
• Otherwise - a smaller order past 500 m, or any order beyond 7 km - we send it by Porter or Rapido and pass on the fare at cost. We do not add a margin to it.

Porter or Rapido prices by distance, time of day and surge, so there is no fixed figure we could honestly print here. We quote you the actual fare in the WhatsApp thread and you confirm before we begin. That is why the order message stops at a subtotal rather than a total.

We do deliver beyond 7 km. Past that distance a Porter or Rapido fare applies at any order value, because it stops being a charge a ₹750 order can absorb.

• Packaging: 5% of the item subtotal. Cups, lids, sleeves, seals and the carrier that stops a cold brew arriving warm.
• GST: 5%, applied to the subtotal plus packaging. Our GSTIN is 24ABHFB3416D1Z0.

Any Porter or Rapido fare is added on top of that and quoted to you first.

We open at 7:30am and take last orders at 11:30pm (2:30am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). How long delivery takes depends on the day - the weather, the traffic and how soon a Swiggy, Zomato or Porter rider is free - and we tell you when you order on WhatsApp.

Coffee is made to order and does not sit waiting. If we are backed up we will tell you the real wait before you commit, not after.

You can cancel free of charge any time before we start making the order - message us in the same WhatsApp thread. Once a drink is being pulled or a sandwich is on the grill we cannot un-make it, so cancellations after that point are chargeable.

Tell us the same day, in the WhatsApp thread you ordered from, and send a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund it.

• Wrong item, missing item, or an order that arrived spilled or cold: replaced or refunded in full.
• Quality problem with something you have tasted: tell us what was wrong. We would rather remake it than argue about it.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within five to seven working days depending on your bank.

Orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato are subject to their refund process, because the payment sits with them and not with us.

Packed coffee beans are delivered across Ahmedabad and go by courier anywhere in Gujarat and the rest of India. The courier fare is passed on at cost, quoted before you pay, and never more than ₹500. Expect them in 1 to 2 days.

Beans are returnable only if a pack arrives damaged or is the wrong one. Tell us the same day with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full, as in section 6. Opened or unwanted packs cannot be returned.
