Eggless, and still flaky
A croissant gets its layers from butter folded into dough, not from eggs, so leaving eggs out costs nothing in texture. Ours are 80 to 90 grams, 100% vegetarian, and contain wheat and milk. They travel best in the paper bag we pack them in; if one arrives cool, twenty seconds in a hot pan brings the crust back. The savoury ones - paneer, cheese, schezwan cheese and avocado - are assembled fresh when the order comes in.
