Dairy-free coffee in Ahmedabad: oat, almond or soya?

Already dairy-free: anything black
Espresso, Americano and Iced Americano are coffee and water, nothing else. So is the 18-hour cold brew: whisky barrel-aged Arabica steeped cold, served black, with no sugar unless you ask. If you want a dairy-free coffee with real body, the cold brew is the one; the long steep gives it a weight that black hot coffee does not have.
Swap the milk: cappuccino, latte and the iced ones
Any milk drink on the menu can be made with soya, almond or oat milk for ₹60 on top of the drink price. That covers the Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, Iced Latte and both mochas. The mocha's chocolate is the one thing to ask about if you avoid dairy strictly; the barista will check the sauce in use that day.
Which plant milk for which coffee
Oat is the closest to dairy in body and the easiest to steam, so it makes the best cappuccino and the only plant milk that holds latte art. Almond is lighter and nuttier; it can split when it meets very hot espresso, so it is happiest in an iced latte. Soya froths well and has a mild bean note that sits nicely under chocolate, which makes it a good match for a mocha.

Not dairy-free, so you know before you order
The Classic Cold Coffee is espresso blended with chilled milk, and the Vietnamese Cold Coffee is built on sweet condensed milk, so neither can be made dairy-free.
